I think there's probably a good unupped thing that does this except without being so expensive, I'll post it if I come up with it.

Not a perfect build - account didn't have all the right cards. 6 RoFs would probably be good. Assuming you have enough sancs in play, let frogs just die to the fire wall and save RoFs for fractals.

Things being upped is optional. Vampires are optional (replace with really whatever you feel like if unupped). Adding some animate weapons is probably not a bad idea, though the AI will helpfully animate your weapon for you pretty regularly.

It needs a bit of quanta rebalance (swap a couple pends for gravy towers or something), and it might want a liittle bit more damage (a couple overdrives maybe), but it works wonderfully and is likely to work pretty well against most things that don't have CC. Should work just fine unupped if you rebalance quanta and probably add some plagues in order to let your low hp otys get started eating earlier.

On the subject of Atomsk, I'm just about certain that a water/light arctic squid healing stall should give easy EMs, but I tried the otys first since it's rareless and should work unupped, as opposed to the rare-heavy water/light stall.

edit: Neysa dies easily to sop/rol/hope. Should also die to any other otk that can survive long enough to otk.

Probably will fail due to bad draw relatively frequently, but it works and doesn't rely on lots of upped cards and/or shards. With the right draw, it's a fairly easy EM.

This doesn't really work very well unupped, though it conceivably can if you get a good enough draw or he gets a bad enough draw. I am nearly certain it will work upped, though, particularly if you swap in some SoWs, and it's worth a shot unupped in case you get lucky (since the duel is free and all) at least until there's a better unupped option.
