076ve066ud077f2067ee067e0067qh027qg018ps I totally just beat a commoner (edit: note commoners have like 55 card decks or something). I can't even tell you how hilarious this is. Srsly try it out. edit: serp says I'm probably the first person to ever win a game of etg with a pure mill deck. edit2: Despite how hilarious this deck is, it might actually be viable in the real world. I could see it doing dangerous naughty things to 30 card decks. edit3: Appears to be a lot better against mages than commoners (mages have much smaller decks).

Does Innovation always target the opponent with Rico? What about Burn, don't you get targeted too? Finally, does SoBr activate only once per card or 2?

Finally, does SoBr activate only once per card or 2? no, yes, only once (sob doesn't target so doesn't ricochet so just works like normal) Rico targeting works based on randomly choosing among valid targets rather than choosing a player and then choosing a target on that player's side or whatever, and in most cases you have a small hand while they have a large hand, so most of the time inno/burn targets them instead of you. It definitely does hit you, though, and you will definitely have times where you deck yourself out while they lol.
