I can't target chimera with mitosis.
(don't ask me how I discovered this XD)

This is a side of effect of only allowing Mitosis to target actual Creatures (Chimera is a spell in creature-form). I don't know if it is intended, but it probably is since PU apparently cannot target spells either.
Of course I could easily change this if people want it.
EDIT: the way chimera works now, Mito and PU would not work properly. Since Chimera originally a spell, its effects does not activate if you copy a creature on the field. Mito will create a 0/0 Chimera, PU will create a copy and all Chimeras stay on the field. So yes, this is intended.

As a random side comment, if chimera were changed to operate like it does in vanilla (which it shouldn't be IMO), give/chimera/RT would be ridiculously OP.
